Therefore, the galley hood poses a severe safety risk if not properly cleaned and sanitized. A professional cleaning addresses these cooking effluents that are drawn up through the galley hood, the filters, and into the ductwork.

Additionally, our IDSS® machines were proven by a nationally accredited laboratory to eliminate disease-causing bacteria with a kill rate of 99.999%, which assures that our galley hood cleaning process will be serviced correctly and every hood component will be completely sanitized. Upon the completion of the galley hood cleaning project, a service label and certificate will be provided for vessel records and survey requirements.
